Biography:

I’ve been Training for the past 10 years and have 15 years of experience in Health and Fitness. My Educational background studied focus area are Kinesiology, Strength training, Nutrition, and Weight Loss. Resistance training, Core development, Fat Loss, Specific sports training, and Circuit training as well at Fullerton College and CSUF.

And I’ve been training in martial arts for over 20 years where I held a 5th degree black belt in Hawaii Kempo Karate. I also train in the following styles: Judo, Ju-jitsu, Boxing, Muay thai and Dutch Kickboxing. Specialize in weight loss, personal training, bodybuilding, strength training and self defense for both men and women and Dutch Kickboxing. All of my training includes a meal plan, nutritional counseling and grocery list.

Jackie is a Certified Personal Trainer, holding First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and is fully insured. Jackie attended Fullerton College and California State University of Fullerton and majored in Kinesiology (exercise science) and Nutrition.

He has 20 plus years of martial arts training in the following disciplines and arts: Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Ju-jitsu and has obtained a 5th degree black belt in Hawaii Kempo karate. Over the course of his experience, Jackie has also been a Martial arts Instructor and Kickboxing Coach.

For the past 15 years, he has helped hundreds of clients, just like you, achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. The combination of his experience, knowledge, and educational background helps him create a specialized fitness and weight loss program that will assist you to drop 2 to 4 pounds of fat a week. With Jackie’s food plan guidance you will still be able to eat delicious and nutritious foods without going hungry.
